Normally speaking, our machine can mill all the materials except the really hard ones. For different material milling, please choose the appropriate milling jars as sales recommended.

Working Principle



 Ball Mill Machine can grind different material depends on the grinding jar type. The jar material can be stainless steel, tungsten carbide, agate, alundum, zirconia, ceramic and so on.
For example, while being used for soil heavy metal analysis in lab, it needs 4 agate tanks. The voltage in sealed agate tank is set by calibrated scale. The tank revolves both round the turnplate axis and on its own axis in reverse. Samples in tank crash and rub with each other in very high speed motion and eventually achieve the crash, grind, mix & disperse of samples automatically. It has 3 types of mill methods: dry mill, wet mill and vacuum mill. Two or four grinding tanks can work together.
